Kate began teaching Pilates in 2002. Working alongside physiotherapists she gained experience working in injury rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, general fitness, and management of chronic conditions.
Her passion for motivating and empowering people to improve their health and understanding of their body led her to become a Nordic Walking instructor in 2007.
Continuing her education in 2015 Kate commenced training with Body Intelligence to become a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist. She has completed postgraduate training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy including: Mothers and Baby Resonance, Early Childhood Developmental Trauma, Immunity, Body relationships in Sickness and health and is a member of the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists.
Kate offers a caring non-judgmental holistic approach to her sessions with a wide variety of clients.
