Functional Nutritional Therapy (FNT) involves a whole-body functional approach to addressing health concerns by looking at the root cause of symptoms. The approach is completely bio-individual, meaning absolutely everything is tailored to fit a client’s unique needs and goals - no one size approach.
FNT is more than just transitioning to a whole-food, nutrient-dense and properly prepared diet, it also considers stress, environmental factors, emotional wellness, sleep, movement, and breath!

Part of working with a FNT practitioner will also include a Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA). This is a hands-on (fully clothed) way of testing the body to determine exactly what it needs to rebalance.
A series of baseline data is gathered at numerous points and this can then be used to track progress in future consultations.
FNT is not a quick fix, fad diet or magic bullet solution. It takes an investment in both the client and practitioner’s time to get to a place of wellbeing and feeling great again.
